ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Dynamic Rubber completed the ISO 9001:2015 quality assurance certification process for inflatable seal manufacturing and rubber molding operations. In addition to ISO certification, DRI successfully passed a rigorous aerospace company audit — validating our quality systems meet the highest industry standards.

MRP System Goes Live

A new Manufacturing Resource Planning system was implemented to enhance quality control, order processing, and streamline manufacturing systems across the facility. The MRP system is expected to reduce lead times and improve traceability throughout the production process.

New 30,000 Sq Ft Facility

Dynamic Rubber relocated to a 30,000 square foot facility and added two inflatable seal process lines — including a 50-foot fabric reinforced seal line and a large oven enabling production of continuous seals without splices. The expanded space supports growing demand across all product lines.

Latest Applications

When silicone was not allowed in the environment, Dynamic Rubber developed an FKM with a fiberglass fabric reinforced inflatable bladder for a custom bonding application for a NASA project. We are also working on a large amphitheater project using inflatable seals for acoustic control — coming to New York City soon. Additionally, we just developed a silicone-to-metal bonding solution for a semiconductor company, involving bonding a large SS part onto a thin molded silicone assembly actuated with inflatable seals.

Ongoing development work with specialty fabrics including Nomex, Kevlar, and Fiberglass for complex custom bladder shapes. These advanced composite tooling bladders serve aerospace and industrial applications requiring precise geometry and high-temperature performance.

New Equipment Additions

DRI expanded manufacturing capabilities with the addition of a lab extruder for rapid prototyping, a 50-ton press for molded components, and a 15-meter oven for continuous cure extrusions. These investments support faster turnaround and broader product capabilities.
